Shopify Search & Discovery

I love it, but if it had a filter per branch it would be perfect!

Relies too heavily on assumed auto-recommendations -- would love to be able to remove SPECIFIC auto recommendations, leave the rest, and have the available slots auto-generate. Secondly -- need to be able to ban specific products from ever auto-generating. There are things in my store (blank envelopes etc) that are great for functional use but I never want recommended. 3 out of 5 stars because of two major functionality omissions -- add these and will gladly upgrade to 5 stars.

Shopify's Search & Discovery app has been a game-changer for my online store! The ability to customize search filters and product recommendations has greatly improved the shopping experience for my customers. With features like synonym groups and product boosts, it's easy to ensure my products are found and highlighted exactly as needed. The analytics dashboard is also super helpful for tracking performance and understanding customer behavior. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking to optimize their store's search and increase sales!

All of my recommended products on every product in my store was reset to some random default with no warning, giving me hours if not weeks of work to do. Editing to now mention that changes to the recommended products are not sticking. The app is showing random products in the recommended section and there is no way to edit it. This is really, really frustrating. I've been wondering why sales have been down the last few days, now I know why. The "hide default" products is not working.

Please fix the 5K filter limit on collectionpages, especially for Shopify Plus users this limit should be removed and does not fit an innovative platform like Shopify.

The "recommendations" part of this app is almost unusable. Every page takes for ever to load and it keeps crashing all the time. We need to update the complimentary products for all our products and it's an absolute nightmare.

Can't disable the semantic search anymore, it's a terrible feature. Products can't be find by SKU any more.. what a downgrade :(

Overall good App. It needs an excluded products feature where you can manually select 'best sellers' that you dont want listed as recommended products.

The app provides some great features to improve search and product discovery. It would get 5 stars if the Recommendation feature worked in reverse for custom product pairings.

Sie läuft ohne Fehler und mit einer guten Menüführung. An dieser Stelle hat Shopify wirklich eine tolle eigene App beigesteuert.
