The app was working great, but now when i turn the filters on and i check them nothing changes. Please help me solve this.

Very good and simple and self explanatory,and most of all free to use and as far as the buttons they were simple to use

You can now filter by "tag," but can't filter by "Collection." Once this option is available, the app will be more useful.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. Tag filtering is now available. For more advanced filtering capabilities, we recommend to use metafields.

Hi, I am having trouble with this new app because it without asking for the permissions, substitute the previous I have chosen to manage the filters that are no more active on my Shopify store. Now I could also try to use this new free app, but I wouyld like to have access to the filter management control panel as in the previous app. Could you please send me some instruction to do it and reactivate the filters or ctreate new one? Lastly, can this app work with Shopify prestige theme?

Hi, thank you for your feedback. Storefront filter settings have moved to the Shopify Search & Discovery app. If you have previously customized your filter settings, we have pre-installed the Shopify Search & Discovery app for you, so you can continue to make edits. There have been no changes to your previous setting, and your store’s performance will not be impacted by the installation of the app.

The app requires user permission to manage apps, and works on Shopify Prestige theme.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. The selected filters dynamically adjust based on the products in a given collection or search. For example, if you have a filter for "skirt length" based on a metafield, the filter only displays when the products in the collection or search results have values for the "skirt length" metafield.

1- I haven't added this app in any of my store by why this added automatically?
2- If Shopify installed it then you must have to inform us that its installed.
3- Screen is blank i thought due to browser but in all browser its same. 4- After this I saw I can not edit filter which are already there. 5- Kindly remove this feature or make it use able asap.

You can safely uninstall the app at any point and your filters will keep working as is. If you wish to make changes to the filter settings in the future, you have to reinstall the app.
