Please fix the 5K filter limit on collectionpages, especially for Shopify Plus users this limit should be removed and does not fit an innovative platform like Shopify.

Thank you for this application which works well overall.
However, there is a HUGE problem with the filter section: products that are out of stock are still proposed.
In our case, we're talking about a filter by size (shoe), and by selecting the filter, all the models are displayed, whether they're in stock or NOT.
This creates a huge sense of frustration on the consumer side.
Please solve this problem as soon as possible!
Hi there; you can control the display of out of stock product variants in search results from the app's settings :) In the Settings screen, there is an "Out of stock products" section where you can choose to not show items in search results, which also applies to filtered views. Les filtres personnalisés, basés sur les tags... sont en fait inutilisables. En effet tous les tags ressortent dans le filtre. En plus on ne peut créer qu'un seul filtre basé sur les tags :-(
Réponse du support : Vous voulez faire plus... Il va falloir prendre une application payante.

Il semble que vous souhaitiez créer des filtres séparés avec des valeurs personnalisées dans chacun. The "recommendations" part of this app is almost unusable. Every page takes for ever to load and it keeps crashing all the time. We need to update the complimentary products for all our products and it's an absolute nightmare.
Can't disable the semantic search anymore, it's a terrible feature. Products can't be find by SKU any more.. what a downgrade :(
Overall good App. It needs an excluded products feature where you can manually select 'best sellers' that you dont want listed as recommended products.
The app provides some great features to improve search and product discovery. It would get 5 stars if the Recommendation feature worked in reverse for custom product pairings.
Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der App. Sie erweitert die Funktionen für Shopify kostenlos, so kann man Suchfilter einführen bzw. die Suche allgemein verbessern und Produktempfehlungen zufügen, die von vielen Themes auch unterstützt werden. Sie läuft ohne Fehler und mit einer guten Menüführung. An dieser Stelle hat Shopify wirklich eine tolle eigene App beigesteuert.
Het is een zeer simpele app en niet geschikt voor een e-commerce bedrijf anno 2024. Er is een maximum van 5000 producten als je er meer hebt dan verschijnen de filters niet. Wij hebben een collectie van 7000 fotolijsten ik moet de filters zodanig instellen zodat ik onder 5000 kom. Dat betekent dat ik 2000 producten niet zichtbaar heb.
Verder heb je niet de mogelijkheid om sorteer optie te tonen.
Bij het instellen van filters worden niet alle waardes in de app getoond. Op de website zie je bijvoorbeeld 20 kleuren en in de app 10.
Al met al zeer basic.
Very good app, still needs betterment when it comes to search and recommendations. It would be great to have search by image introduced as well. Nowadays customers are taking screenshots from social media and they try to search it by image. I would prefer to have it in this app itself other than using some other apps
