It's a really good app. Allowing for synonyms is a huge plus and we even get insights into what customers are searching for in our store. Not really sure what they would need to improve on honestly. Overall, 10 out of 10 :)

Orders are not fetching till now - kindly Auto tune up to get healthy targets on Orders for a life time in order to continue to stick on the sales channel. Help this channel : https://nnbshopi.myshopify.com/ and https://nnbglobal.blogspot.com/ encourage me as unselfish of e.commerce, guide the people get the orders and able to pay upcomming fees after the trial period. Make success the trial period. I am unable to do much. Senior Developers may can help us with out our request in " Auto Tune Up " mode.

Please apply marketting places to which countries actually CJdropshipping and Shopify doing well rather Country India. Auto fix for the same. Appreciates the Good Offices

This app is just what we needed. We find that many customers do the majority of their browsing going directly through the related items rather than navigating the entire site. Now people are spending a lot more time browsing uninterrupted, and we're able to show far more relevant things (like things with a similar ingredient list)... and not things that seem completely random because other people have bought them together. Not being able to customize related items was one of my biggest peeves about Shopify, second only to a lack of one-page checkout. The synonyms didn't seem to work when I first installed it, but all good now. People make typos or misspell things and come up empty-handed. Previously I would sprinkle some common misspellings in descriptions or switch between using a hyphen or not, so people would always be able to find something. Eww. Problem solved. :) I can't speak to the filter settings - we use tag filters, so they're not relevant for us. Only complaint is that I can't seem to sort the products that I've added related items to. It would be nice to be able to search or list alphabetical. It's a real pain to browse page after page to track something down if I want to update it.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. Tag filtering is now available. For more advanced filtering capabilities, we recommend to use metafields.

I'm impressed with the auto-recommendations that this provides. Our store has a lot of product types and will have almost 20,000 items, and while I can't say that we've made our tags super specific, the app is still able to recommend similar products. Yes, it probably doesn't work on all themes yet (I'm using Minimog). But this app deserves much credit. I hope in the future Shopify will make it so that it can support filter on any amount of products, not just 1,000. (To overcome this, I currently use Minimog's built-in custom tag filter)
