Can't disable the semantic search anymore, it's a terrible feature. Products can't be find by SKU any more.. what a downgrade :(
The app is very limited. Number of products is max 5000. If you have more than 5000 products, the filters are not shown on your page. Because of this, a lot of products are not shown.
I am serious issue with Filter.
Unfortunately the filter of sizes does not work at all. Even though we have selected for out of stock merchandise not to show up, it still does. Additionally, it fails to filter sizes properly. Not recommended
Update: The only support received by now has been the reply here, yet is a very generic answer, which doesn't resolve the issue.
To their reply: I know where to find the "Out of Stock Products" setting, which is set to show only products "In Stock" by default; yet, ALL (In+Out of Stock) products show up. The issue persists, and worst, if I delete the app, it won't go away from my website. So I cannot move on to another reliable option in the market.
Original Review: I like the app, but I give it a 2 star rating as I couldn't get any support to ask some relatively basic questions about different features that are not working (like the setting for "Out Of Stock Products" which I want to show "Not At All", yet, they show on the site.)

This setting does not affect how out of stock products and variants are handled on Collection pages. The app is really good, but with 1 main very important limitation. The filters that are shown on the storefront are limited to 25. This is huge limitation, considering if you have different sorts of products and categories. I urge the developers to remove that limitation asap
app does not actually filter sizes, i have tried everything and it still does not work. sadly i have to go back to paying for an app which can filter properly

I'm giving this APP a single-star rating due to the limitations in the available filter count. There are businesses, such as mine that need more than 25 filters and we should be able to group filters by collections. Shopify spent a lot of energy doing this past Winter's updates but they missed a big one by not updating this APP to make it user-friendly for all businesses. I sell cameras and various other photography equipment and I can use up 25 filters just on cameras alone. Can we get an APP update?
Very bad users experience and the fact that I cannot customize URLs is stupid. Have you looked at your URLs after createing filter? They look like this "filter.v.t.shopify.theme=gid%3A%2F%2Fshopify%2FTaxonomyValue%". Who wants to have these URLs in their website?
