I am happy Shopify finally allows us to display more than 1,000 products. That is a huge improvement. Thank you!! And it's very simple to use. Update: I needed sizes to sort in a specific order and the team made it happen for me. These guys are awesome. My filters are perfect now. And you can't beat the price :)

The app works flawlessly and is easy to use. Would even have the potential for 5 stars! However, the major disadvantages are that neither the filter names nor the option names can be translated into another language. If you set up the option 'Größe' in a German shop, it should say 'Size' for the English language selection... something like that is actually standard.
Another deficit is that in order to view only available products, the customer first has to select this filter. There should be a optional default setting in the app that only available products or variants are displayed and filtered... In the fashion industry, for example, it is common to sell only available products/variants . If a customer has to set this filter first before choosing color and size, it is unnecessarily complicated.

when you filter a size, color or any other variant, the results show all the products even if they are not available or out of stock. This is uncomfortable for our customers, since they will not know for sure if the size in this case is available or not. We hope you find a quick solution to this small problem. thank you.

Hi there; you can now control the display of out of stock product variants from the app's settings :) In the Settings screen, there is an "Out of stock products" section where you can choose to not show items in search results, which also applies to filtered views. You can find more information in the Help Center documentation https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-store/search-and-discovery/search#search-result-types

It doesn't even load any more after the recent updates!! What is wrong? It used to work well. Now I cannot even open the app page! I uninstalled and installed again to no avail.

Our contracted Shopify Partner, GSATi suggested we implement this app as a free alternative to DooFinder. Ever since turning on semantic search and boosting products, we've seen a significant increase in site conversion.

My one suggestion would be to automatically turn on semantic search as a function of the app when onboarding.

I could easily filter products by meta field with this app.
It's free and very easy to customize.I think it's a good app.

However, this app has one major drawback. We cannot translate the filters made with this app.

Please Please Please Please make it translatable with translate& adapt.

When filtering by size on a collection page, it shows any products that have ever had that size in stock, whether they are currently in stock or not unless a user has also selected an availability filter. This is not a great customer experience. As filters on most platforms work, it should only show products with that size variant in stock. This seems to be basic functionality that isn't working.

There's no ability to sort the products whatsoever, makes using the app incredibly difficult. I can't cross reference against my product list to ensure all products have been audited, which is a major fail. In fact, when I look in the app, there are only 66 products showing - yet I have 89 active products. I have no easy way of seeing which products aren't showing in the app (- and why aren't they showing anyway?)

Thank you for your feedback. We released an update this week that should help you. You can now view your entire product catalog and use the search, filter, and sort features–within the index table–to narrow down which products you want to edit.
