The AI generated recommendations that are suppose to be like products e.g. rings for ring product or activewear for activewear product is not working properly. What is taking so long to fix it! How about you also include a button to regenerate the selection as well, but the button should not regenerate the entire catalog/store of products but product by product.

KI wird nur im Shopify Plus Tarif angeboten. So eine Frechheit und Diskriminierung anderer Shopify Kunden. Tierisches Gesetz, nach dem Motto, wer mehr zahlt, der bekommt das Brot, alle anderen sollen verhungern. Das merkt man bei anderen Apps von Shopify, COLABS als Beispiel. Wenn sich das nicht ändert, ist Shopify bald Geschichte.

Gleichberechtigung, auf Augenhöhe mit allen Menschen sein, das ist das menschliche Prinzip, alle Kunden sollten gleiche Rechte haben und gleich behandelt werden und wenn sich Neuerungen bei Shopify gibt, sollten diese für alle Kunden gleichermaßen zur Verfügung stehen.

Sorry to hear you're having issues accessing the app. If you're not the store owner, it may be because Staff permissions are not set to allow you to access all screens of the app. You can see in the Help documentation which permissions are required. https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-store/search-and-discovery#staff-permissions

If the problem persists, we suggest contacting Shopify's support team with details on what browser you're using and any errors messages you might be seeing.

mala experiencia. tengo dos idiomas en mi web, y al configurar los filtros solo me aparecen en un solo idioma. solicite ayuda y no me lo resolvieron ya que es una limitación de la app.
Bad experience. I have two languages on my website, and when configuring the filters they only appear in one language. I asked for help and they did not solve it for me since it is a limitation of the application.

Thank you for the review. Filters can be shown in multiple languages, with the exception of product type, tags, and vendor because those product fields are currently not translateable. If you need to use any of those for your online store, a possible workaround is to use product metafields instead. It is a real junk app like most Shopify apps. The people responsible for managing these apps are not smart people and should probably seek employment elsewhere like McDonald's. It is 2024 and you merchants can't, for example, filter on percent discount or review distribution. Sure, you can do it, but it's a manual process. Try scaling that for large businesses and you are screwed.

I never installed this app. Please explain to me why this app is installed in our store and who installed it. How can this even be possible? Zero stars for this activity!

Hi, thank you for your feedback. Storefront filter settings have moved to the Shopify Search & Discovery app. If you have previously customized your filter settings, we have pre-installed the Shopify Search & Discovery app for you, so you can continue to make edits. There have been no changes to your previous setting, and your store’s performance will not be impacted by the installation of the app.

You can safely uninstall the app at any point and your filters will keep working as is. If you wish to make changes to the filter settings in the future, you have to reinstall the app.

Les filtres personnalisés, basés sur les tags... sont en fait inutilisables. En effet tous les tags ressortent dans le filtre. En plus on ne peut créer qu'un seul filtre basé sur les tags :-(
Réponse du support : Vous voulez faire plus... Il va falloir prendre une application payante.
C'est fatiguant ce modèle de business autour de shopify

Il semble que vous souhaitiez créer des filtres séparés avec des valeurs personnalisées dans chacun. Ceci est possible avec les champs méta du produit, vous pouvez en savoir plus à ce sujet dans la documentation de l'application. https://help.shopify.com/fr/manual/online-store/search-and-discovery/filters#add-metafield-filters

Works well for small shops. I have a collection with 20K+ products, and this is useless.

I'm using Expanse Theme version 4.0.1 and there is no Complementary Products block to add to the Product Information section. I have followed all of the instructions correctly. It is very frustrating!
