Update: The only support received by now has been the reply here, yet is a very generic answer, which doesn't resolve the issue.
To their reply: I know where to find the "Out of Stock Products" setting, which is set to show only products "In Stock" by default; yet, ALL (In+Out of Stock) products show up. The issue persists, and worst, if I delete the app, it won't go away from my website. So I cannot move on to another reliable option in the market.
Original Review: I like the app, but I give it a 2 star rating as I couldn't get any support to ask some relatively basic questions about different features that are not working (like the setting for "Out Of Stock Products" which I want to show "Not At All", yet, they show on the site.)

How can Shopify have a native search app that doesn't allow customers to search for items via their SKU?? All of our products have specific SKU names that are intrinsic for liaising with customers. I now have 3 Shopify stores that are causing so much frustration - a massive problem that could be solved with one simple fix. Shopify, surely its time to fix this?!
DESTROYED my meta-fields for my products. Want to add a weight for calculating shipping? DON'T USE THIS APP. It left me with four USELESS meta-fields instead of my product weight and size. UNBELIEVABLE.
No support as such, only bla-bla-bla, generic "kind" replies and RTFM in the best case scenario.
No filtering by tags is implemented in the right way - its just not working, guys, nope. Why on EARTH do you have this option for!???
Just unpublish the thing! Take the app away from the Marketplace!

mala experiencia. tengo dos idiomas en mi web, y al configurar los filtros solo me aparecen en un solo idioma. solicite ayuda y no me lo resolvieron ya que es una limitación de la app.
Bad experience. I have two languages on my website, and when configuring the filters they only appear in one language. I asked for help and they did not solve it for me since it is a limitation of the application.
Thank you for the review. Filters can be shown in multiple languages, with the exception of product type, tags, and vendor because those product fields are currently not translateable. If you need to use any of those for your online store, a possible workaround is to use product metafields instead. Los productos tienen un precio de miles de pesos, pero la app me toma el "." como una "," entonces lo que vale veinticuatromil pesos, lo muestra como veinticuatro. Hay solucion??
KI wird nur im Shopify Plus Tarif angeboten. So eine Frechheit und Diskriminierung anderer Shopify Kunden. Tierisches Gesetz, nach dem Motto, wer mehr zahlt, der bekommt das Brot, alle anderen sollen verhungern. Das merkt man bei anderen Apps von Shopify, COLABS als Beispiel. Wenn sich das nicht ändert, ist Shopify bald Geschichte.
Gleichberechtigung, auf Augenhöhe mit allen Menschen sein, das ist das menschliche Prinzip, alle Kunden sollten gleiche Rechte haben und gleich behandelt werden und wenn sich Neuerungen bei Shopify gibt, sollten diese für alle Kunden gleichermaßen zur Verfügung stehen.

Storefront filter settings have moved to the Shopify Search & Discovery app. If you have previously customized your filter settings, we have pre-installed the Shopify Search & Discovery app for you, so you can continue to make edits. There have been no changes to your previous setting, and your store’s performance will not be impacted by the installation of the app.
You can safely uninstall the app at any point and your filters will keep working as is. If you wish to make changes to the filter settings in the future, you have to reinstall the app.
