Worst experience i had with apps since 2012!

I tested their free trial version. Then tried to sign up for paid version to test further functionalities. then i had been charged for 2 different accounts which i haven't signed up for.

Now the real nightmare begins. Their customer support is terrible. Talking to AI then to operators who ask me the same questions over days and give me the same answers over days. It took me endless hours chatting with different persons telling me the same and asking me the same questions over and over again.

They even do not understand how Shopify actually works - although they claim to be Shopify ready.

I spend more than a week explaining the same thing over and over again. In the end I got so frustrated- I simply gave up…

If you value your health - don't do it

Search Atlas has been a productive tool for us so far. It's allowing us to address many of our website issues quickly and in bulk. Their team has been very responsive, and their webinars and web meetings have been useful. The OTTO store audit provides valuable insight and convenient options to correct issues. Special thanks to Jason for his time and efforts.

I have subscribed and paid, but I can not access the app !
