Searchanise Search & Filter

Overall really good app, but it sometimes glitches and can take a while to re-index all products (we do have a large listing of product). Quality/price is really good compared to the other apps we have tried to do the same thing. Support is quick and efficient unlike many other apps.

Good so far. I upgraded to pro and installed the recommendation widgets onsite. I admit, I'm not a developer so I didn't understand how to install the widgets. I reached out to support and they confirmed that my site theme is not compatible with the auto display of the widgets. As a result, the support team advised what snippet of code to add, they even offered to position the widgets on the homepage.

I'm still updating the CSS but i'm happy with the support I've received. They have been very responsive.

I was using findify and paying more for less. This product allowed blog search results and that was a huge plus for us. All in all I couldn't be happier about the decision to change. If you don't have this installed on your store you are making it harder for customers to purchase especially with a large product offering like we have.

This app is a game changer. The instant results make short work of trying to guess at what a customer may search for. I saved endless hours having to tag my products.

The search results were great and my developer was able to add CSS to match the site's theme.

I hope they add a manual sort soon!

One feature thats missing:
Redirect with regex expressions - That would be awesome.

Happy with Searchanise overall to display product recommendations and handle overall site search. I'm not using it for collections display, but you can definitely do that as well.

They are very quick at replying to emails and very helpful. Getting your search working on your website is incredibly important, and this app brought ours to the next level. Very professional. A+

If you need an advanced search capability and you are on a tight budget, there is no better Shopify search solution than Searchanise. It has many of the Enterprise Search features found on the premium search platforms but at a fraction of the cost. Their technical team will help you integrate Searchanise into your website, and any technical / theme integration issues that arise are typically resolved within 24-48 hours. I highly recommend this capable search solution to my fellow Shopify store owners.

We just can say that this app (I prefere to call it a platform) is just brilliant. It helped us to optimize our store in so many areas and we were able to replace or cover the functionality of several other apps.

And the customer support is highly excellent. The are responding on the same day sometimes even immediately and on weekends. They really helped to answer questions quickly, but more important to help us to really customize everything towards our requirements. Thanks to Alexey here but also to the developers taking action in the background.

Smart search is really smart in many ways. First it comes with auto completion, error correction and suggestions that really work. And they are highly contolabe and can be customized. This is supported by really great anakysis tools. The search widget is also very nize looking and highly customizable (also using custom CSS).

But then it comes: You can also setup a filter with many product options, like product type, vendor, all variants and many more. No need to tag youre products, it does it automatically and again is highly customizable (including color swatches).

The result pages again look already great and can again be customized. But not even this. You can also use Searchanize to replace the collection pages. Due to the capabilities to again customize the look and feel to youre brand I'm now completely independent from how the different themes are doing this.

And then Searchanise also provides cross & up-sell widgets where you can decide where you want them to appear (including best sellers or customers also bought).

Also the product results are actually sensitve to the behavior of a customer and how she/he is navigating through yor store. So customers very likely see/find what they are interested in (at least this is our experience).

Thanks to the Searchanise team for doing an amazing job and I'm curious about their next steps!

I would like to extend my review: After using the App (platform) now for over half a year I can just confirm what I have written and we are still more then happy and amazed about the possibilities and quality.

Now I want to extend the review to also emphasize the fantastic support the team of Serachanise is providing. We had many requests in order to customize the look and feel but also request to get additional functionality and content (which required coding from Searchanise's development team).

The support team always answered within few hours either providing solutions immediately or trying hard to get more complex requests done as soon as possible. Even for the more complex development tasks we received a solution generally between 1-3 days - which is just amzing!

And I want to highlight that this was always done in a very friendly way always showing me that they are really willing and happy to help their customers. So a very special thanks to the support and development team (and to you Alexey!!!) for your great help and efforts.

Again I would give 10 Stars for the support and development team.
