Great apps, of course happy customers and nice support fast resolving difficult questions and problems.
The app has great features to customise your website to the way you want and the support staff are very quick and helpful when we come across any issues that need to be solved!
Brilliant app, a must for reducing those missing searches customers make. This should really be part of the basic Shopify theme

Great search. We have used it now for years. Not sure how it can be improved, to be honest, if it ain't broke don't fix it comes to mind. I had an issue that was introduced by another app and they fixed the search within minutes! can't complain at all!
Is very good , better and simply communication to the customers will help , youe email sometimes are confuse

Just an update from 2021 - we asked the developers at Searchanise to customize the app to conform better to our store's appearance. They made all the changes within a couple days and were incredibly responsive. We are so pleased, yet again, with how awesome this app and the development team are.

The customer support is excellent, Anastasia, Paul were very helpful. They customized the app as per our needs. The pro version of this app has more functionality and customization options. So far we have a great experience using this app.
