1/5 because I uninstalled the app before my billing cycle and they didn't want to give a refund

We are very sorry to see that you faced this confusing situation with your subscription! As we discussed via email, the charge happened after the installation due to the Shopify billing cycle. So, this charge covers the time when our app was still active in your store. Since this charge system is coming from the Shopify end, we cannot control it.
Nevertheless, we're eager to help you. Therefore, we contacted you via email regarding your refund request. Super Great. Support was amazing and fulfilling with our business custom needs both technically and visually. Overall it made our integration process so much easier and smooth.

Application itself is made simple to understand, does all the basics as it should. Also found some great add-on functionalities within the tool such as AI, merchandise Promo, analytics and reports.

Searchanise Search & Filter has to be one of the greatest Apps that we are using. This addon is versatile and easily customizable - our store contains tens of thousands of SKUs and would not be very user friendly without this level of filtering. Customer support is very responsive when and if any issues arise.
