I have been using Searchanise Smart Search for more than 6 months now. And it has been functioning well for us. Our users especially benefit from instant search suggestions and results. I believe one small improvement will make it more useful for us. In the search results page, for filters, please provide an option to not include new collections by default. We want to manually add only those collections that make sense for filtering / faceted search. Currently, all new collections are automatically added and we need to go and remove manually. This makes it cumbersome for us. What I am asking for is to provide a switch that disables the automatic addition of collections to the filters, by default. All in all, it is a highly reliable app!

This website search app is useful and definitely priced affordably compared to a few of the other top "Search" apps. It has a lot of customization features on the back end and another great thing is that the format in which it lays out the search results is a plus because it gives a lot of different filter options for the visitors. It suggests the correct products and also has its own algorithm based on previous searches and relevant pages/categories. It has definitely helped my site and with visitors converting to customers.

I am very happy with the app and its abilities. Customer service has been good.
Good searching app. The filters work well. We wish there was a little more customization with merchandising/sorting products on the search page. But the team at Searchanise has been very helpful. They are quick to respond and are typically able to solve any issues almost immediately.

Wirklich super Idee die App, es schleichen sich leider regelmäßige Fehler ein die teilweise zu kleinen aber auch mal zu großen Problem führen, die nur auffallen weil ich eh selbst jeden Tag auf dem Shop bin und daran arbeite.
Der Support antwortet schnell und ist freundlich. Letztlich ist es die einzige App die das kann was ich suche und deswegen nutzen wir sie. Es ist die beste Filter-App aber leider ab und an mit Fehlern.

This is a great app that does almost everything that we need it to do. And the price is highly competitive. Install was seamless and simple. Support is responsive for the most part. I would have given the 5th star if they provided a few seemingly small features.
