The app distorts all product images on mobile. Their team won't help me. We pay hundreds of dollars a month for what?

It's very sad to hear you faced this mobile image issue! As we informed you via email, it was caused by the theme code and our developers fixed it for you. Please let us know if you still need our assistance.
As for the fact that we didn't help, we are very sorry for not fixing it faster! At the moment, we're experiencing a high load of tickets due to an increased number of installations. Plus, as far as we analyzed, many of our new clients replaced our competitors' search apps with our app and it also contributed to an increase in installations. We definitely understand that we have a problem with response speed. That's why we're hiring more staff at the moment. So, the problem with slow responses should be fixed by the end of the month.
In the meantime, we are ready to compensate one month of our subscription if we haven't responded for more than 3 days. For more details, please email us at feedback@searchanise.io

Great features on this app and the team was super helpful.

What an incredible app and company with incredible people like Sophia M.
Their app was my third attempt to add a sort and filter to my store and it was proving difficult and tedious a task but Searchanise has totally solved my problem and more.
What best is that I needed custom code adding to make a change to my collection and, on a Saturday, I got a reply within minutes with the custom code snipped I needed to add which I've implemented and worked first time!
You don't experience this level of service everywhere so I'm grateful and impressed - Highly recommend this app and company, thanks you Sophia!

I'm really impressed by the quality of the product and the quality and the efficience of the team working there.
We installed Searchanize 10 days ago. And it worked perfectly well. I wanted to implement in-depth customization and it's impressive how fast they answer, and how they implement everything that i wanted to try.
