I like the app but the support is horrible. I am getting no response since almost two weeks now and the setup is not even finished.
Time to look for an alternative I guess.
We're devastated to see your experience with our support team was so disappointing! After looking into it, we found both of your tickets and noticed that we sent replies on the same days when you reached out to us, yet they weren't delivered due to the following error: "Email dropped as the email account that you tried to reach does not exist. Please verify the recipient's email address for typos or unnecessary spaces".
We're sorry to see this issue prevented you from getting our replies! Please contact us again from a different email this time. We will be happy to help you and finally provide a solution. Thank you!
Best wishes,

using this app for a while now,, and am super happy. also the customer service is hands down the fastest I have ever dealt with! can really recommend this app!
App bietet alle Funktionen, die man für eine gute Suche benötigt. Und als ich mit der Personalisierung einiger Farben nicht weiter kam, wurde mir prompt vom Team geholfen.
The Searchanise app has served us very well so far and adds many interesting options and possibilities to the standard Shopify's filter functions. The support is always very eager to help and find a suitable solution. I can recommend this app.
Very fast and great support team. I got help from Anastasia and she was very helpful! This app was the only search app which worked with my translation app weglot. I would highly reccomend it, especially with weglot installed in their store :)
Thank you for your feedback! It's amazing to see our Weglot integration helped you with multilingual search. We are also happy to see our support team was there for you. Anastasia is especially grateful for your kind words.
If you have any new questions, please let us know. Any of our agents would be glad to help!
