App has broken on our live website, very slow response time via email. No live chat service. Very disappointed, as the app had been performing really well.
No live support and huge loss in revenue from our website not showing any products

Searchanise is a great app! The features, loading speed and support is first notch! It has all of the features of the high priced solutions but at a very fair pricing model
First of all, team of Searchanise is just wonderful. Anytime I have a request, they come back quickly and always solve my problem.
And the app itself, just simply: works (which is not so obvious for many apps, unfortunately). For me, as I run a French store, possibility to customize every text is crutial. I'm really glad I have this app on my site :)

We've used this search app on Shopify and BigCommerce. Pretty impressed with its functionality, and customer service. The support team responds fairly quickly and helps to answer questions.

Awesome tool and very fast support trying to solve every question
Great app in the field. Best customer support service. The default function works fine and the app's developer is very open to help you add modifications.
We have been using this app for almost two years now and it has been going well. I love the amount of customizability of the app. You can change the color of just about everything and with custom HTML and CSS we can make it look even better. Their support is great and has helped with all of the custom code we added. There are a lot of features so it does take a little bit to get the app dialed in and working the way you want it to. The only bad thing about the app is how much work it takes to make it perfect, and even after that to keep it working you should try and spend a little bit each week to keep it running well. Overall It is a great app and would recommend

It's really nice to know you had such a great experience with our service.
Not only does this app offer great analytics and the ability to use synonyms it also allows for curation of product lists that I slot into the product recommenders on my home page. Enterprise level features for hobbyist level pricing. Dev also responded quickly to a need for service and took care of some CSS changes without any intervention on my part, and followed up fixing until it was just to my liking.
