We love using this app! It's extremely versatile and allows us to offer a lot to customers in terms of both search experience and personalization. We recently had an issue when we updated our theme, and Searchanise support was great - very responsive and communicative through the whole process!

The support is excellent, can't believe how quickly they replied to my query. The reply was spot-on. Also, the product as a whole works very well. We've been using it for several years and have had no problems. I'm also really impressed that I can turn on/off features for specific themes only. This allows me to really test out a new theme without any clashing widgets. Love this product:)
