I've used this app across 5+ stores I've helped with creating themes so far and it's definitely the best. The support you receive is usually within a few hours if you ever want to customize something and they generally sort any issue for you. Highly recommend.

Noticed an immediate boost to our CVR when comparing the week before and after implementing this app. There are several useful features in this app that I keep raving on about to my colleagues e.g product filters, auto-suggestions, stock status label, banners on search results, etc.

It has improved our search bar drastically from a basic search bar to a modern, optimised for ecommerce search bar which can auto-populate relevant products, recipes and blog posts as the user types in the search query, etc.

This app looks modern, has lots of customisability and you'll see an improvement even by using it as it comes. However, to really make the most out of it, I recommend you take some time to set up your synonyms and keywords, etc on the app and play around with how you want the widgets to appear, etc.

The support team are quick and incredibly helpful too which is an additional bonus. For example, they have been very willing to help answer questions, and even make customisations for me in order to match the app to our theme's styling - e.g amending button appearance, etc.

The software has some incompatibilities with my current theme, so I always make requests for their assistance to adjust it. Surprisingly, they support and fix issues quickly. Our store is still in the early stages of using Searchanise, but so far so good. The search and filtering is fast, works well, and looks clean. A few things still need tweaking, but the Searchanise team has been very responsive, so I'm optimistic. Using the app has given the store a noticeable upgrade its professionalism and credibility. Glad we took the leap.

I worked with Maria A. on the Searchandise Support Team to fix some styling and mobile issues we were having and she was very kind and fixed all of my code very quickly and successfully!

Edit: While support is quick to confirm a ticket has been created, they are backed up more often than not. This makes it difficult to receive assistance on high priority needs and leads to a standstill on optimizing the app.

We recently added this app to our store front to include more personalized search filters. I had a question and reached out to support who replied almost immediately with a solution already in place. Very thankful for the quick and excellent help. Thanks so much!
