Searchanise Search & Filter

This is the search app that literally thought of everything. I was able to customize every aspect to my liking and it fit beautifully with my them. I was able to sort through my collections and hide and product type or tags we use for internal inventory sorting. Also being able to add tags to items that are specifically a Pre-Order and showing which items are in stock and out of stock is a nice touch as well. I've tried a number of different search apps before coming to this one and have found its unique openness for me to be creative with the design to be key in making my decision.

You Customer Service is fast and professional. I find your APP very useful and effective.

Looks like a good app 2 weeks in. Boolean search doesn't work, although the Seachanize team showed me pretty quickly a way around my issue. Other than that it has been smooth sailing.

The app has crapped out. Doesn't load in shopify so I can't make changes to the core app.
The search bar still works but is slow to load on the homepage. Takes around 30 seconds, but by then most people have already tried a search and are disappointed.
Have tried communicating with support but emailing back and forth doesn't get me very far and it appears they have a hard time understanding my problem.

This is one of the best apps we have found. Our conversions increased the first day we had it installed. That surprised us, but people want to find what they want quickly and easily, this app was a perfect fit for us.

I want to say a huge thank you to VIKTOR!! I wanted to make the font a little bolder so my customers coming in could see it. VIKTOR fixed it so fast! He asked me what I wanted and he recoded everything to match my description. 2) The app is very user-friendly, and the design is clean and simple. 3) Suggestions are nice and you can do so many customizations. I am currently on the trial right now and I plan to continue after it ends.

Quick response and helpful support team. Power and easy to use. Great for customers to find the right product in a single search. 10/10.

The app allows filters to be easily maintained and also provides good search and well displayed results.

Support is also very good with a quick turnaround on any issues raised.
