Great apps, of course happy customers and nice support fast resolving difficult questions and problems.
The app has great features to customise your website to the way you want and the support staff are very quick and helpful when we come across any issues that need to be solved!
Brilliant app, a must for reducing those missing searches customers make. This should really be part of the basic Shopify theme
This app goes beyond smart search. Its upsell and cross sell has helped my business grow. I'm so excited to offer more to my customers!

Just an update from 2021 - we asked the developers at Searchanise to customize the app to conform better to our store's appearance. They made all the changes within a couple days and were incredibly responsive. We are so pleased, yet again, with how awesome this app and the development team are.

We tried a few other search tools first but this is by far the best. Even more so, everything we asked to be solved was done properly and fast by the developers - couldn't ask for more. The functionality is also excellent and really improves user experience

We have used Smart Search & Filter app for more than 5 years. It's solid and reliable and the features and design have continued to evolve over the years. Their support is fast and friendly. We recently compared it to other filtering apps but all proved to be more expensive and had fewer features. Searchanise is solid.
