We have been using Searchanise for almost 7 years on our Shopify store in Myanmar. The instant search feature works exceptionally well for our large catalog of over 130,000 products. Customers can find what they need quickly, which has helped improve our conversion rate. The filter and collection search features are very useful for our auto parts and multi-category store. The support team has always been responsive and willing to help with customization. Highly recommended for any large Shopify store.

Update* Recently, we have had some problems with our online theme not allowing the customer to use the search function properly when viewing the site on mobile mode. Without asking Searchanise for help, they actively fix the problem, so now my mobile customer is very happy. Thanks a lot, Searchanise!
Update* The latest app update broke the layout of the search result page; the support was excellent in resolving this issue and getting our site back up and running in no time.

Update (2024): We decided to use their collection filter features. After two days of testing and setting it up on our site, I have to say that this product is very robust and flexible, meeting all my needs when it comes to setting up all our collection filters properly. It takes a little bit to learn, but with their fast support, it was a breeze.

Searchanise’s support and customization worked perfectly for our Shopify store! They helped implement custom product badges using metafields, which now update automatically across product pages, search results, and collections. The functionality is smooth, and the team was responsive and helpful. A huge time-saver for managing promotions and discounts without manual updates!

Shocked and saddened by the bahaviour from the company in recent weeks. I signed up for a one year subscription in May 2025 which runs until May 2026, and suddenly I find the admin panel is blocked and they want me to pay more because I am on Shopify Plus?! Well I upgraded to Shopify Plus back in August 2024, so that should have been taken into account when I paid for a year subscription for Searchanise in May 2025... after a few emails with them, the admin panel is still blocked.. I am so angry with how I am being treated by this company. AVOID!

Overall really good app, but it sometimes glitches and can take a while to re-index all products (we do have a large listing of product). Quality/price is really good compared to the other apps we have tried to do the same thing. Support is quick and efficient unlike many other apps.

I have a complex issue that's giving me a lot of headaches. I'm glad the support team responded immediately. Stacy helped me analyze the problem, and Paul wrote the JavaScript code to fix my problem. This is a fantastic experience! The support team is absolutely the best!
