App is down and there is no immediate help or support. None of my collection pages are loading which I have ads going to.

We experienced a technical issue and the team was alerted with a delay. Surely, the issue was fixed and now the app works well.
The whole team is now hard at work on improving the monitoring system and internal processes to prevent possible issues and make sure the performance stays stable.

This is the greatest search app on shopify. After service is also brillant, they help me eveything on implementation process even the small thing. If you need a smart search app that no need to do much thing in the backend. Please add it to your store.
We have had very good experiences with Searchanise. After installing the app, of course, we had to add some CSS to override the app styles and to get closer to the design, but all the rest was configurable in the app, and everything was very clear there.
App limitations are standard (e.g. the application is unable to display product-badges in search results).
To sum up, for search apps that are usually hard to work with, Searchanise was really good.
In addition, the app has great support, which responded quickly and willingly extended the trial period in the development store.

You also mentioned the limitation in terms of product badges. To that, we'd like to say that we offer our own product labels feature that you can try out. If something doesn't work, you can reach out to us via email again and we will surely look into it.

VERY BAD SERVICE, Dont use this app, They are not replying to our emails for many days, we asked for some changes to the filters in our store, They Messed up our website, we are asking them to fix the issues and no respond. NEVER NEVER INSTALL THIS APP.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that we made such an impression on you and it's breaking our hearts to see you disappointed with our support. It seems that there was some misunderstanding. We have only made the same changes that were made in the unpublished theme for the live one, as per your request. We also notified you about it both via email and in the chat, and provided an instruction for reverting the changes.
As for now, all the changes have been reverted and the collection pages are powered by the theme again. Please let us know if you still have any difficulties and we will do our best to fix everything.
It would also be great if you could let us know the ID numbers of the tickets you already have in your email, so we could check why we missed them and avoid this issue in the future.

Very nice app, once configured and restyled a bit. Lots of great options and very targeted search results for our large product catalog.

We have been using this app for almost two years now and it has been going well. I love the amount of customizability of the app. You can change the color of just about everything and with custom HTML and CSS we can make it look even better. Their support is great and has helped with all of the custom code we added. There are a lot of features so it does take a little bit to get the app dialed in and working the way you want it to. The only bad thing about the app is how much work it takes to make it perfect, and even after that to keep it working you should try and spend a little bit each week to keep it running well. App has broken on our live website, very slow response time via email. No live chat service. Very disappointed, as the app had been performing really well.
No live support and huge loss in revenue from our website not showing any products

The app has so many bugs. Customer support has no idea how to fix issues which generic response. They charge a premium for an app that is not premium. The app has completely stopped working on my website and I have no idea why. They're say they are sorry in response to this review, a generic response rather than fixing important issues.

We indeed currently have a bug related to Draft products in our system which affects your store and we can assure you our team is currently working on it.
