I have been facing some currency issues and trying to contact the team but not getting any response. This is quite a critical issue that needs to be resolved but help support is quite poor.

We know that you don't have an integration with the Wishlist app. However, the Flits developer team wants to talk to you on this issue and they are saying they can solve this issue by coordinating with you. Earlier also we were using your theme along with searchanise but did not face this issue. We along with Flits are waiting for your reply for the Last 2 days but no revert. Ticket #109768

After several attempts (during 2 months) to give Searchanise the chance to improve on our website they failed. Here are some reasons why:
- One big problem is that the most searched items on our shop are not what they really are. Their own statistics in the backend shows totally different top queries then present in the search widget.
- Given search results to the vistors are bad although visitors query is in the product title!
Try at my website Gartencenter.de:
1 When you type "wurzel" it shows all our indoor plants first for no reason and no products with "wurzel" in the product name on the first page. The product visitors are looking for are the 23rd and 24th result!
2 We have a lot of products which called "bambus". When a customer types like "bamsbus" (typo) Searchanese says "no results", but since the query corresponds for 85% with "bambus" it should at least give the same result as "bambus".
Their answer: make synoniems! That's really not how a search engine should work.
- Suggestions only support English and Latin
Their service is friendly but after 5 of the same email in which they thanks us again for our patience I'm done.

We totally agree that there are some imperfections in the way our suggestion feature works as well as our Auto spell correction feature when it comes to any language other than English. The whole search system should work better once we make the global changes that are currently in progress and hopefully there will be no need to use synonyms as a fix.

AVOID!!!
Highly misleading pricing. They do offer you a 30 day trial, but then try to charge you $30 instead of the price they show in the shopify app store. When contacted they suddenly show you a completely different pricing plan, which is not displayed anywhere in the appstore, and offer you a special yearly discount of 30% (which they offer anybody who pays yearly).

The correct price which suits your store is shown to you in the Searchanise admin panel right from the moment you install the app.
The discount was offered to you because we understood that you may have got confused and decided to meet you halfway. Please note that we offered you a monthly discount active for 12 months. It is not the same discount which is offered for one-time yearly payment.
Hope this makes the situation clearer. We are willing to make our pricing policy as transparent as it can be. We will be glad to consider any suggestions from you on how we can improve our pricing pages so that they did not get you confused.

I had to remove app, after using it for some months: these the following problem I faced : 1) After different tests appear clear that app slow down the home page lot... I’d say 10 points on page speed 2) integrating it with loox review had the nice results to show stars on grid products but broken all the liquid.collection or something like that. The products on grid lost the “add to chart option” and couldn’t find anymore the panel to change the setup collection page.
3) I made so many different tests with different themes in the end when I removed the app, products not showing anymore in my original theme in collections but as single products yes. In my new theme instead they were showing not as they had to do, but in the way of my old theme loosing their look and the add to cart option .
In the end no way I “lost” my original theme ( Shopify partner asked me 1400 euro to fix it...) and in new theme I didn’t install it anymore (even th I have it paied til may 2021).

Update Sept 6: They have now offered to help me with video support when I initially asked several times and was always denied. It took a very negative review for them to offer a normal level of support. I will look for another app that is easier to setup.

I think their search and filters would work well if I could set them up correctly. I spent months of emailing back and forth with support over things that should have been easy and even some technical bugs that they don't seem to understand and cannot fix. I begged them to get on a video call to help me finish the setup, but they claimed they could not provide that kind of support. If that's the case, then they should make setup easy. It was such a nightmare. I have built entire websites on Shopify before and nothing has been as difficult as setting up this app. I am so frustrated. Finally, I've given up and will uninstall the app now. Just beware. My developer was even having trouble. I do not recommend this app. I am off to find another.

Useless app I have ever seen on Shopify App store. After installing this app on the store, user cannot proceed from cart page to checkout page. It writes unnecessary codes on your store which messes the entire user experience. Don't download this, if u use u will not get orders. Because user cannot proceed from cart page to checkout page. Useless and brainless people

Stuck at re-indexing and unable to load any collection pages. I am unable to even disable the app and we are bleeging visitors. Support hasn't yet gotten back and its been a few hours.

The app looked like a great solution to what I needed, but my experience has plagued me with problems. It messed up the arrangement of my collections. This was able to be fixed with forced reindexing. But then I added a new collection that showed not only the products in that collection but every single other product in my store. Again, fixed with reindexing, but why can't it just do this automatically? Now, that same collection contains no products at all. I am running around in circles and paying a small fortune for the privilege.

We understand that forcing re-indexation isn't always convenient when you create new collections, especially a lot of them. However, we'd like to point out that there are certain limitations in Shopify API that make it necessary for this action to be done in order for new collections to be displayed properly.
However, we took into account your opinion and we are happy to tell you that we added an option to set up the automatic re-indexation in the stores. This way there is no need for you to click it manually each time you modify the store because you can set up the automatic re-indexation by schedule. the quality of this filter is very low. we have paid for it but it is not working as expected. Also, the price is not comparable to the features.
