Searchanise Search & Filter has to be one of the greatest Apps that we are using. 1/5 because I uninstalled the app before my billing cycle and they didn't want to give a refund

So, this charge covers the time when our app was still active in your store. Since this charge system is coming from the Shopify end, we cannot control it.
