Excellent experience. Prompt, knowledgeable support and less than 24 hour turnover on their responds. I receive responses from the team the same day. Everyone I cross paths with very genuine and kind and truly do care for mutual success. I can't recommend enough! The functionality is easy to manipulate and has more bells and whistles that I can find use for. Great investment for sure.

I've used this app across 5+ stores I've helped with creating themes so far and it's definitely the best. The support you receive is usually within a few hours if you ever want to customize something and they generally sort any issue for you. Highly recommend.

The Smart Search & Filter app has been an awesome discovery and a real game changer for my store. Even with the best 2.0 overly expensive Shopify themes, this Searchanise app improves the search, particularly for collection pages. I've faced a few customisation issues with the app over the last few months to get it working just as I wanted and the Searchanise team were so helpful each and every time. The setup of this app was relatively simple and straightforward, which was great. I've reached out to support several times with slightly complicated questions or requests and they have always been very helpful and have been able to do everything I've asked. It can take a bit to receive a reply, since they're a small team, but everyone I've spoken to has been knowledgeable and kind. I would absolutely recommend this app.
