Awesome product and support team. We highly recommend these guys. We use their app for all collection and product filtering and search on our Shopify Store.

We use the app on our site https://itzoo.co.uk/ - very happy with the quality of the app and the service provided by the developer.
The app has so many bugs. Customer support has no idea how to fix issues which generic response. They charge a premium for an app that is not premium. The app has completely stopped working on my website and I have no idea why. They're say they are sorry in response to this review, a generic response rather than fixing important issues.

We indeed currently have a bug related to Draft products in our system which affects your store and we can assure you our team is currently working on it. The last thing we want is for our responses to leave an impression of generic ones. We are truly sorry we made you feel like we do not look into your case individually. We promise to do better!

We use this app for our site's search features as well as filters on collection pages. It works incredibly well, very easy to set up and integrate with your theme. So many customisation options to adjust it exactly how you like it! We had quite a bit of custom code we wanted to adjust the product grids and their customer service was extremely helpful, fast, and efficient. Thanks to Sophia and Maria they were so helpful!
