Really loving the power this Smart Search & Filter has given to my site. With such a huge catalog of products and variants it's simplified the user search experience. Super customisable and when I needed support the support teams are responsive and always get the job done.

Update* Recently, we have had some problems with our online theme not allowing the customer to use the search function properly when viewing the site on mobile mode. Without asking Searchanise for help, they actively fix the problem, so now my mobile customer is very happy. Thanks a lot, Searchanise!
Update* The latest app update broke the layout of the search result page; the support was excellent in resolving this issue and getting our site back up and running in no time.

Update (2024): We decided to use their collection filter features. After two days of testing and setting it up on our site, I have to say that this product is very robust and flexible, meeting all my needs when it comes to setting up all our collection filters properly. It takes a little bit to learn, but with their fast support, it was a breeze.

We love Searchanise and use it on several stores. It is fantastic, and the support is great. No wonder they have so many 5-star reviews, including this one.

Ilya P. was very helpful, nice and quick with my requests. However, I wish the app itself was more user friendly with CSS modifications. Just to change the button color of the search results required CSS code from the support team instead of having a better UX. In general a good app.
Support is very quick at least.
