Searchanise Search & Filter

Their support has been fantastic. They are very quick to respond, and complete any work that has been needed. There are a couple minor things I wish it could do, like multiple colors swatches where you can choose the colors, or icons for color swatches, but when communicating with support they said it could be updated if enough customers request it. Also they currently do not do any customizations, but the app is so good it is on our must have list of apps for our webstore.

Still an amazing app. I did have one small complaint about their fuzzy search matching. Support came back to me right away with a workaround. About a week later they updated their search engine so I didn't need the workaround.

I just wanted something to help me with some fuzzy searching. The built-in search is just weak. I got that and more! It's beautiful. Installation is so simple. If I could solve all my business problems for just $20 a month life would be great. As it stands I will settle for solving this huge problem for so cheap. I am REALLY happy with it. I haven't dived into the analytics yet but can't wait until have the time to do it.

Searchanise has been a big improvement to our website. The options are pretty flexible. Our SEO on collections has improved and the pages load very fast. Whenever we need help fixing CSS or other issues, they are quick and responsive. Their support team is incredible and helped us implement a design that matched the rest of our website. Their app makes our website easy to navigate and is well worth the monthly fee. I highly recommend.
