Searchanise Search & Filter

I have paid for a year and can't use the app as there are so many issues between Searchanise Collection/Search Pages and BolideAI/Searchanise Upsell. Since you moved the upsell to BolideAI the service has been terrible, doesn't reintegrate just shows errors every few days when it tries and the customization for both should be easier to match the theme so that both apps visuals show the same look throughout the website and it matches throughout the website.

Just completed our trial with this terrific App for search and couldn't be happier. It is intuitive for our customers and the best thing is - our customers are USING it to shop and select products to purchase. Even the back-end reporting is cool. Highly recommend - and, it's a great value for a small store like ours (less than 500 SKUs)!!

Great app. Works right out of the box with no custom coding required. You can customize the look to match your theme. You can even display a banner at the bottom of the search results for your promos.

It fully meets all of our business's needs. A great many of the names of our products have different spelling, e.g. gage vs gauge, micrometer vs micrometre, caliper vs calliper, pilot pin vs eject pin, etc. We can simply connect those different spellings.

It really does provide a slick search experience for users and it priced far below the other options I found. I definitely recommend it.

A great app in terms of actual search functionality, capturing of the right products and pages, as well as the drop down UI. However, in the absence of options to toggle between search icon / bar and between where we want the same to appear - we've had to get it done externally and that hampers the experience slightly. This would be an extremely valuable addition.

In terms of service, no issues. The team has been prompt, helpful and efficient.

Actually really good, but some themes now offer almost the same funtions, so that the app was only conditionally necessary.
The point deduction for the fact that the app is not really clear and there were at least initially some problems with the setup.

This app is great and at an affordable cost. I'd like to suggest a search box in smart navigation so that if customers don't find what they want they can search more deeply within the filter.
