Very good app. I wish I had found it earlier.
Lots of features I'm still digging into, but so far looks good. They keep adding more and am looking forward to trying out the product recommendations and Stamped.io integration soon. Support have been responsive and helpful too, which is always a bonus
So helpful, from the initial integration to just general support. Honestly, we are so grateful for the customer service with Searchanise! Just an email away and they can make the magic happen! Any issue we've had has been resolved in a timely manner.

The app itself is solid, but they've changed their pricing twice recently which took our site functionality down until we figured out that we had to re-sign up for a new plan. If we'd been notified so we could have been proactive that would have been great, instead we had to find out the expensive way, when your Shopify site was no longer working properly. Moreover, the first time this happened, there was a bug which wouldn't let us accept new pricing. In short, we like the app, but the management of it and the service of it had a very bad impact on our business.

We are terribly sorry that our process of switching to the new prices had a negative impact on your business. The troubles you've experienced were not planned by any means.
We have tried to notify you by sending notifications via email, about a month before we started the process, making an announcement on our official site, and also showing a banner with information about this in the app's admin panel. Unfortunately, none of these things guarantee that the information was available to all of our clients. We are sorry that we couldn't find a more reliable way to notify everyone.
Regarding us not being able to resolve the issue with signing up in time, which caused the app not working for some time. Our support team has been overwhelmed by all the incoming emails during that period. Thankfully, that spike is over now and things are back to normal.

The search functionality has always been spot on, and when we recently needed a special customization, the support team was super responsive and got it done for us within a day.

Had an issue with he app not loading fast enough. Alexey and the devs sorted it out within a couple of days. This is a great app for the price, highly recommended!.
Overall really good app, but it sometimes glitches and can take a while to re-index all products (we do have a large listing of product). Quality/price is really good compared to the other apps we have tried to do the same thing. Support is quick and efficient unlike many other apps.
Good so far. I upgraded to pro and installed the recommendation widgets onsite. I admit, I'm not a developer so I didn't understand how to install the widgets. I reached out to support and they confirmed that my site theme is not compatible with the auto display of the widgets. As a result, the support team advised what snippet of code to add, they even offered to position the widgets on the homepage.
I'm still updating the CSS but i'm happy with the support I've received. They have been very responsive.
I was using findify and paying more for less. This product allowed blog search results and that was a huge plus for us. All in all I couldn't be happier about the decision to change. If you don't have this installed on your store you are making it harder for customers to purchase especially with a large product offering like we have.
This app is a game changer. The instant results make short work of trying to guess at what a customer may search for. I saved endless hours having to tag my products.
The search results were great and my developer was able to add CSS to match the site's theme.
I hope they add a manual sort soon!
