Ever since we installed Searchanise it has been awesome from functionality to customer support, no issues to date, to be honest its always been about knowledge base, our clients love how easy it is to search and find products on our website, we love the customer support that we get, it is beyond incredible, thank you so much Team Searchanise you will always have our vote!

I continue to love this app. I have had it for about 8 months now and this app is still one of the best apps we are using today. So many options and features that enhance our store's shopping experience. Customer service remains awesome and responsive. I just had another change I need to improve my overall store and the customer service group made a change and fixed this right away for me. Very pleased with the support and the service.

Being their service was awesome we added them for our global store for IMbesharam.com - We have yet to start using them on the new store, but we are confident that would work great as well.

The app works as intended now after a few tweaks. Unfortunately, we are in the process of updating our site and will not be able to use it at this moment but it works well and helps viewers to find things faster on websites.
