This is a great product at a great price. It has all the functionality of a much pricier search and can grow and scale alongside your business. Support is amazing and highly engaged, all the while making sure that the merchant is getting the most out of the product and providing help when needed. Highly recommend.

I've only used the app for a few days, but it seems very flexible and the customer support is responsive and friendly.

I love the APP. Best I found. It works well and really, has helped my customers to find exactly what they searching for on my site. I did need customer support because my theme was not cooperating. They were amazing and it was not an easy fix, in fact it took a few people on the team to figure out a solution. I am here to report the APP is great, working well, and my experience was a very positive one. I recommend the product and the support team.

I had to remove app, after using it for some months: these the following problem I faced : 1) After different tests appear clear that app slow down the home page lot... I’d say 10 points on page speed 2) integrating it with loox review had the nice results to show stars on grid products but broken all the liquid.collection or something like that. The products on grid lost the “add to chart option” and couldn’t find anymore the panel to change the setup collection page.
3) I made so many different tests with different themes in the end when I removed the app, products not showing anymore in my original theme in collections but as single products yes. In my new theme instead they were showing not as they had to do, but in the way of my old theme loosing their look and the add to cart option .
In the end no way I “lost” my original theme ( Shopify partner asked me 1400 euro to fix it...) and in new theme I didn’t install it anymore (even th I have it paied til may 2021).

App works really great. Perfect Support. I had a design issue which I couldn´t get fixed in the backend. Support fixed it remotely. Thanks to alexey!

This is the greatest search app on shopify. After service is also brillant, they help me eveything on implementation process even the small thing. If you need a smart search app that no need to do much thing in the backend. Please add it to your store.

Guys, this is not a search app, it's much more. I find this is the cheapest while being fully featured. One of my problem is that people are not able to find what they need in my shop because the built in shopify search is so basic. For example if the product is GruvGear and you search Gruv Gear, there won't be any result. With smart search, this is fully resolved. But it doesn't end there, Smart search also has a very comprehensive results page with lots of filters. It also has product suggestions in collection page, as well as "other people also bought" that you can put in product page or cart page. You can even replace your collection pages with smart search collection page with all the useful filters.

One thing this cannot do is display every variant as a separate post in a collection page. That's why I haven't replaced my collection page with this. But for search, it more than exceeds expectations. If this were a theme app, then it would be a 3 or 4 but this is a search app, so this should be rated 6 because it can do much more than what you pay for.

Awesome AWESOME AWESOME!!!! The search function is extremely fast and we have 16,000+ items. Support answered my questions about the program quickly, installation was a breeze.

App works great and has a lot of customisation options. And when a certain option isn't available, you can contact the team and they help you within a few hours. Great experience.
