Working well so far, and support was faultless when required. Lots of customisation options and flexibility in terms of installation.

Great support! they were quick to respond and i am happy with the app integration to my website. even shows a slight speed increase in my store speed due to better product indexing.

First day on it but it seems to be working very well. I already used support a few times and they are quick and helpful. I had my doubts at first...but im impressed so far!

I just recently came across Smart Search & Instant Search. There aren't enough words to describe this search app (pun intended).. It is absolutely spectacular and worth every cent. Just beside myself amazed at the ease of use and the customer support response time is uncanny!! Definitely a must have for any store! The results are astounding. Believe it or not I have found products I didn't even know we sell. YES IT'S THAT GOOD! No joke!
