Been using this app for quite some time now, never had issues on our store.
Support is very helpful when we turn to them.

I've used other search apps but this one is bar far the best. I now use it on 3 different stores and I'm extremely happy with the performance. The customer support team is second to none too. Can't recommend them enough!

I can't believe I forgot to leave this incredible app a solid review! First off Their support team is wonderful! Out of the blue I get an email from a wonderful lady who wanted to arrange an interview in exchange for an extra month free service for the app! She was amazing and helped me understand every single thing about the app and also let me know that their dev team was willing to help with any customization I need. Then a few days after the interview, they implemented a lot of the suggestions I had in a huge update! This app integrates with a lot of other really awesome apps too. This app is jam packed with all kinds of other features too, I was able to replace my collections and now they look 10x better! Really happy with this app and can't wait to launch my store with all of it's glory. 10/5 highly recommended!

This app has been a huge help for us on our site. We realized that the search with our current theme was not working for us or our customers and were not able to really find products. Now we are able to make shopping for specific products on our site much easier for customers.

Before getting this app, we noticed (in the Shopify admin panel), that too many customers were not finding what they were looking for, usually do to typos. Since getting this app, the only time a customer can't find what they are looking for is because we don't carry the item they are searching.

The search function reminds me a little of Google search. Customers type what they are looking for and if they make a mistake typing, the app will give them suggestions. (EX: customer looking for "Seed Beads" but types "Sead Beeds", the app will ask: "Did you mean Seed Beads?"). Also that app will show a drop down view of what your customer is searching for along with if the item is in stock or sold out.

I'll be the first to admit that this app is EXPENSIVE... BUT.... what are your sales and customers satisfaction worth to you? Definitely a must have app.

I continue to love this app. I have had it for about 8 months now and this app is still one of the best apps we are using today. So many options and features that enhance our store's shopping experience. Customer service remains awesome and responsive. I just had another change I need to improve my overall store and the customer service group made a change and fixed this right away for me. Very pleased with the support and the service.

Being their service was awesome we added them for our global store for IMbesharam.com - We have yet to start using them on the new store, but we are confident that would work great as well.
