ST: Product & Collection Sort

I've been using this app on my store, and so far, it's amazing. The app itself is very easy to use, and they continue to improve by adding new features to an already great app. I would highly recommend the app for someone who hates that they aren't able to sort their collections more professionally. If you want your collectong sorting and merchandising and do not want to worry about an app that would slow down your website, this is it. Special shout out to the support team for help on ways to improve our merchandising strategies to sort our collection pages.

I like that this app is scalable. While I could see someone wanting to sort many collections using various data, I wanted only the ability to randomize a single collection that I use to show "random" products on our front page, a simple function that should really be built in to Shopify. This app can accomplish that and has a tier that lets me do it on a scheduled basis for free. As my store grows, I can see other uses for this app. I especially like that it has the ability to pin items to the top of a collection or push sold out items to the bottom.

Look no further if you are looking for a top-notch page product and collection sorting or merchandising app. This app allows starting with pre-defined sorting strategies or building from scratch, making the merchandising process very easy. The app has both promotion and demotion rules which are pretty helpful and also provides the ability to pin products of your choice at the top of a collection. Additional features, such as promotion by published date, vendor, variant availability, tags, profit margin and many more, are well thought out.

In addition, the app does not slow down my store as many other apps generally do, is compatible with all themes, and, more importantly, works very well with the filter app I use for my collection pages. Last but not least, what sets the SearchTap merchandising app apart from other apps is its customer service. Special shoutout to Aman for all the support!

We planned to use this app to create a custom product sort order for merchandising our store’s collection pages. We had never done this before and used Shopify's default bestseller sort option. Unfortunately, that wasn’t working for us, so it was wonderful to be able to explore the capabilities of this new app.
I'm especially thankful to Aman, who helped us customize the sort order rules when I was unsure how to go about it to get the desired output. These guys are kind and patient. We highly recommend

We sell seasonal and holiday decor and have about 1400 active Skus at a time, and this is the only app that would allow me to sort my products with and/or scenarios and multiple tiers or buckets. So if someone is shopping in our "Shop All" category and it is beginning of November, they will see a little bit of Fall and Thanksgiving, mixed in with some winter and some Christmas Decor. Also taking release dates, tags and inventory into account. Also, while getting my first strategy set up, I asked for help and the team immediately hopped on a video call and set up my strategies with me, and showed me even more robust features I could be utilizing. This app will save me hours of work per week! Very highly recommend!
