The collection merchandiser app uses advanced data analytics and past order data to create, manage and sort collections with advanced merchandising strategies. It supports visual and rule-based sorting to streamline collection management and reduce manual work. As the founder of iTokri, managing merchandising across thousands of collections was becoming nearly impossible. With such a wide range of handcrafted products, categories, and themes, doing this manually was not scalable at all. ST: Product & Collection Sort has been a complete game changer for us.
We actively use Random Sort Order to keep collections feeling fresh and discoverable, and the cascading logic helps top performers naturally bubble up while recently trending products get visibility. It’s been extremely helpful in keeping our collections dynamic without constant manual intervention.
We also use the app to demote non-seasonal items and create a healthy mix of high inventory products, recently launched items, and most units sold products. This balance has really improved both discovery and sell-through.
What we also love is that we even use this app to sort and manage our specialty pages so they align perfectly with our emailer marketing and promotions strategy. It gives us the flexibility to quickly adapt collections to campaigns without extra operational effort.
Overall, this app has brought structure, control, and sanity to our merchandising process. For any brand dealing with large catalogs and complex collections, this is an absolute must-have.
What I really like about the ST: Product & Collection Sort merchandising app is how much control it gives us without making things complicated. We use season-based sorting a lot to keep collections relevant, and sorting by Add to Carts and number of sales has helped us push products that customers are actually engaging with, not just what we think will work.
The ability to sort by specific product types and tags is super useful, especially for mixed collections where you want a clean structure. The shuffle and alternating options are also great — we often mix New + High Revenue products or alternate between different tags and product types. It keeps the collection looking balanced and visually interesting.
It honestly feels like this app was built by people who understand how real merchandising works. It’s flexible, intuitive, and saves us a lot of manual effort.
Running an online pet store means constantly balancing what pets need, what customers are buying, and what stock we need to move — and this app has made that much easier for us. Sorting by profit and margin has been especially helpful in pushing the right products during promotions and seasonal campaigns.
The scatter pinning feature is one of our favourites. Being able to lock key products (like best-selling food brands, new treats, or vet-recommended items) at specific positions and let the rest of the collection auto-sort around them is incredibly useful. It gives us control without making things messy.
We also use the visual merchandising / manual sort option when we want to curate collections ourselves — for example, for puppy kits, grooming essentials, or festive bundles. The secondary sorters are very powerful too. Showing the top revenue products sorted by inventory available helps us promote items that are both popular and well-stocked, so customers don’t run into out-of-stock issues.
Overall, this app fits perfectly into our day-to-day workflow. It’s easy to use, flexible, and makes merchandising feel much more organised. If you’re running a pet store with a growing catalogue, this tool is a big help.
