Literally the best customer service I have ever seen, the app wasn't mobile friendly, sent them an email asking if they could also implement it on mobile sites, hours later they sent me an email saying mobile was now compatible. Truly recommend this app 10/10
App works great, easy to use and does exactly what I needed it for. Also, when a bug appeared I contacted them and they fixed it in like 15 minutes. A role model when it comes to app support and functionality!

I used this app to create animated images on my website and this app does an extremely good job at doing so. The support team is very helpful and rapid at responding to any questions. So far this is the only app that does what I want and I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to significantly improve their website and conversion rate.
This app messed up the code on my store, even after deleting the app. I had to re-install and re-subscribe in order to alter the function of my image because of this app. I contacted support and received no response. I do not recommend this app.
Hello, I am sorry for this bad experience and miscommunication. Yesterday we've sent you an email to m*****r@gmail.com and never heard back. We are always trying to give the best support on this sector and hopefully we can sort this out quickly. Also with all due respect, you may be mistaken because we are not changing a single line of code in your theme with our app. It's all running in our servers and you can't see any impact after deleting it.
Very helpful support, got our 9 image effects to work perfectly and the slow zoom in on our home page images creates a very professional and high end feel.
Absolutely the best customer service I have ever recieved. Not only did they help me address a problem (not even due to their app but that I noticed one I installed it!) but they did it timely and efficiently. I cannot recommend this app enough and absolutely love the way it looks on my website!!
