Trying to contact support , because of the bug of SS-featured 2, its not possible to show the review of customers only 60% of it , even they promote that , trying to contact to fix it but nobody is answering even on their personal email

I’ve spend 1000 of hours developing this app to help Shopify merchants like yourself.
The only way I can keep developing the app and feed my family is by charging a small one-time fee for some sections.

I have many bugs with the scrolling logo banner (for 9$). Most of the times I have to reload the page two or three times before it´s working the way it supposes to. I need immediate help to fix this problem.
UPDATE: I was granted access to your store and tested. Everything looks good from my end. Please click the preview button and check how it looks on the live site. Theme editor might have some problems with scrolling sliders.
