No me funciona Featured review slider lo instalé y no se visualiza en la web. Tiene fallas.
Hola, te escribimos el 5 y el 22 de junio para arreglar el slider en tu tienda, gratis, aunque es una sección gratuita.
La oferta sigue en pie: responde a nuestro correo o escríbenos a daniel@section.store con acceso de colaborador y lo dejamos funcionando.

Hi, thank you for the kind words. "Me gusta" next to 2 stars is a bit of a puzzle on our end though, so either the rating was a slip or something went wrong that the comment does not cover. If it is the second one, tell us what happened and we will fix it.
While I really do like alot of the sections created in this store. I have yet to buy one that functions the way its supposed to without having to contact support for further help. Can be very frustrating.
The scrolling banner bar doesn’t even have the option to bold the text. It also doesn’t work anywhere but at the very top of the page. It lets you drag it to another place in the header but it just stays at the top. I receive multiple marketing emails per day, but no response to my support emails :(
Really hit or miss with what you get.. Multiple times the section has been dissapointing with missing features or it plainly just doesnt work. No refund policy makes it hard to recommend.
They have nice sections but they don't work with the Prestige Theme. So if you use this theme don't get the app. The support doesn't customize it either but I was told to pay a Shopify developer. So i wasted my money with this app.
Incompatible, the section display position is misaligned.

I have many bugs with the scrolling logo banner (for 9$). Most of the times I have to reload the page two or three times before it´s working the way it supposes to. I need immediate help to fix this problem.
UPDATE: I was granted access to your store and tested. Everything looks good from my end. Please click the preview button and check how it looks on the live site. Theme editor might have some problems with scrolling sliders.

My friend PLEASE do not send emails saying "We aim to provide a follow-up within 24 hours for all tickets. Our support team is available every weekday, with limited hours on weekdays"
Because over the past week, I sent 2 emails, one was about 5 days ago.
I would be happy to adjust my review, I just dont like being mislead.
Just say:
"We do not respond to support tickets"
and at least that would be genuine.
