In the beginning, they were great, but they have not only increased pricing but also set much higher pricing for Shopify Plus sites, and now they are restricting 'standard' users' functionality in lieu of charging for a Section Store Plus membership at $15 a month, purposefully limiting the section. THEY HAVE ADOPTED A NICKLE AND DIME POLICY THAT IS A BIG TURNOFF FOR ME. What once seemed like a 'growth through volume' company has become 'profit from requiring a monthly membership, or you get a limited version.' Not cool, not cool at all.

Hi there,

We haven't really changed much. Can you help me with more perspective?

- We do not have a Membership at $15 a month
- We haven't increased our prices ever.
- Plus subsription is optional and the same section available before is still available.
- We have not limited any sections?
- You are on a Basic Shopify plan?

Really hit or miss with what you get.. Multiple times the section has been dissapointing with missing features or it plainly just doesnt work. No refund policy makes it hard to recommend.

The scrolling banner bar doesn’t even have the option to bold the text. It also doesn’t work anywhere but at the very top of the page. It lets you drag it to another place in the header but it just stays at the top. I receive multiple marketing emails per day, but no response to my support emails :(

They have nice sections but they don't work with the Prestige Theme. So if you use this theme don't get the app. The support doesn't customize it either but I was told to pay a Shopify developer. So i wasted my money with this app.

My friend PLEASE do not send emails saying "We aim to provide a follow-up within 24 hours for all tickets. Our support team is available every weekday, with limited hours on weekdays"

Because over the past week, I sent 2 emails, one was about 5 days ago.

I would be happy to adjust my review, I just dont like being mislead.

Just say:

"We do not respond to support tickets"

and at least that would be genuine.

I have many bugs with the scrolling logo banner (for 9$). Most of the times I have to reload the page two or three times before it´s working the way it supposes to. I need immediate help to fix this problem.

UPDATE: I was granted access to your store and tested. Everything looks good from my end. Please click the preview button and check how it looks on the live site. Theme editor might have some problems with scrolling sliders.

Unfortunately, many sections are not compatible with my theme. Although Section Store does not normally accept refunds, according to German warranty rights, they should refund my money. Instead, they offered me the option of selecting another section, which I do not want, and I risk it not working again anyway.
