Update: they still just give you a feeling as if its your problem, and they dont want to refund. Will report them soon. We also experienced that this company helps you 50% of the time. They answer your supportm request, but they never help. We found many of their sections AND KEEP IN MIND, you first know about these flaws AFTER you bought them, and they NEVER refund, that these sections cant be changed in witdh which makes them almost unusable and other has cosmetic and design flaws. On the tip to be a scam, if you ask us. These flaws you first know when you bought them, if you mention it after you bought it they dont answer.
Great sections but they don't have a live chat and say they respond to queries within 24 hours, but it's been 5 days since I've asked for some assistance with formatting issues on a section I purchased and I haven't had any help. Very frustrating.
Bought multiple sections, only been using 2/8 bought because of the problems they cause.
Also the support never answered on my emails.
Might delete this review if something changes, but overall i am dissapointed.

My store started crashing after I added several sections. I tried contacting support but haven't received a reply after about a week. I emailed Daniel separately trying to get any help and didn't get any reply after several days. I'm quite disappointed. I already recommended this app to several friends but now I'm getting back to them cause they may destroy their store AND get 0 support fixing it.

Ich habe eine Comparison-App gekauft, die nicht für mobile Geräte optimiert ist. In den 90ern wäre das vielleicht noch akzeptabel gewesen – heute aber völlig wertlos da mittlerweile die Mehrheit ein Handy hat . Echt schade!

Half of the sections (the embeded ones) are not working, and the support is the worst. They reply in 1-2 days with unrelevant things, they do not solve the problem. They do not care at all. You just loose 9$ every time you purchase one, with the luck that it will maybe work.
Habe mir was ausgesucht - kostet 9$. Drücke auf kaufen - Umleitung zu Shopify - Preis = 29$.

The price is $9.
The issue is because the name of the section is 'Product addons #2' and Shopify does not put a space between the name of the section and the price so it looks like Proudct addons #2$9
I assure you it's only $9 🙌
