the app is amazing, the. customer service is so bad. I'm waiting 6 months for them to adjust something they offered me and nothing.
We refunded your Plus subscription in full on June 22.
And the page work we originally promised, I'll still do it, free.

Video Slider completely failed to display the play/pause and audio controls, and there was no live support to resolve it. Everything had to be handled through slow email exchanges that went nowhere. In 2026, any tech or AI‑related app with no online support is a red flag. This was a terrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend it.

We refunded your Video Slider on April 11, and I still want to fix it.
The whole thing got stuck on collaborator access: you approved it, the confirmation never reached us, and 12 days went by.
That step is clearly too fragile on our end.
If you still want the slider working, re-approve access and reply to my email, I'll take it from there.

Parallax section is not working and it is not full width

I've already updated this for you and the banner is working on your store.
To be honest, a 1-star feels unfair here: this is a free section, you reached out, and our team jumped on it and sorted it the same day.
We support everything we ship, free or paid, but reviews like this hurt a small team a lot more than they reflect what actually happened.
If you feel the outcome was fair, we'd appreciate you updating it.

Vorsicht beschreibungen der Sections sind irreführend und falsch! Ich habe Instafeed gekauft hierbei handelt es sich nur um einen Slider nicht um einen Intafeed!
Wack sections. The testimonial sections lack options like staying static and the ability of scrolling. They just float around like a headless chicken. I'm not buying sections to dive into liquid after. That being said it forces me to buy another section and that's how money is earned right?
You guys are real cheapskates, putting in paid sections that Claude could code in under a minute and do better than what you're offering. I'm going to pay $9 for a section, are you out of your mind?

Keeping that slider working when Shopify changes something, test it across themes, or answer when it breaks.
That's what the $9 buys, once, own forever is value.
All that said, yours should have just worked and it didn't.

If you'd like a hand getting started, message us through the app or by email, we answer every message and usually within a few hours.
Once you've tried a section or two, we'd really appreciate it if you revisited the rating so it reflects your actual experience.

Just for clarity here and update, there was nothing left to unsubscribe from.
Your Plus subscription cancelled by itself the moment you uninstalled on June 15, and we refunded your $9 section purchase the next day anyway.
You won't be charged again.
We emailed you the confirmation. If anything odd still shows on your Shopify bill, write daniel@section.store and we'll sort it the same day.

Sorry it didn't work out on your store.
We did look into your account after this review.
The charges were for sections purchased in the app before you uninstalled, which is why the team couldn't reverse them under our policy.
That said, if a section actually failed to work on your theme, that's always refundable.
Email daniel@section.store with the section name and we'll take another look.
