Bought multiple sections, only been using 2/8 bought because of the problems they cause.
Also the support never answered on my emails.
Might delete this review if something changes, but overall i am dissapointed.

My store started crashing after I added several sections. I tried contacting support but haven't received a reply after about a week. I emailed Daniel separately trying to get any help and didn't get any reply after several days. I'm quite disappointed. I already recommended this app to several friends but now I'm getting back to them cause they may destroy their store AND get 0 support fixing it.

Misleading Product Images and Poor Customer Service
I recently purchased a section from Section Store, but the product I received was not what was advertised. The image clearly showed a different section than what was delivered, which feels like a case of mis-selling.
When I reached out to their support team for assistance, they refused to issue a refund or provide any help in resolving the situation. I found the customer service unhelpful and disappointing.
I would not recommend purchasing from this store, as their product images are misleading and their customer service fails to resolve issues in a satisfactory manner.

It seems from the ticket/mail with you that the issue was resolved by our customer support?
If that is not the case, or you somehow don't want the section in it's current state I have already gone ahead and refunded you.
You can still use the section if you'd like.

Web Devs here.
Half of the sections (the embeded ones) are not working, and the support is the worst. They reply in 1-2 days with unrelevant things, they do not solve the problem. They do not care at all. You just loose 9$ every time you purchase one, with the luck that it will maybe work.
Unfortunately I've had to leave a 1 star due to having no customer support. There is a coding issue with one of their sections which is effecting my website and I need it sorted ASAP. Until I get a response and resolution, hopefully this will gain some attention?

Best app and I totally recommend! Daniel was superb with training me on how to use the section app and finding them on my theme! Hurra best addition for any Shopify webpage!
Edit: I am still waiting for my free Section Theme, which I never received after leaving a review." That drops it all off from being a 5 to a 1 asap! It's been five month's.. what a joke!

Support was kind and responsive at first. I was guided on what to purchase and how to use the app. Then I kindly left a review when they asked for it.
Afterwards, I paid money and purchased a section. I need help but customer support is not even responding at all. I don't recommend.
