They provide excellent customer service, and their sections are truly fantastic. The registration and installation processes are straightforward and user-friendly. I highly recommend them!

Great sections and awesome customer service!
I tried the video pop section in my Shopify store. Unfortunately, it doesn't work in the mobile version. The support couldn't solve the problem either, which is why they refunded me the full amount in the end.

First i've gone ahead and refunded ☺️
Generally one-time purchases in Shopify is non refundable which is also stated when purchasing. However of course if there is something evidently wrong with the product we will of course refund.
Happy to take a second look to see if we can fix things and make it as you want.
From reading the whole thread it seems like we tried already but the results just weren't what you've looking for. Happy to personally give it a second try (if it will save you money long term - not sure what solution you found).

5 stars for sure! Happy that I found this app, have used several sections on different stores and has saved me lots of time searching how to code what I needed. Super helpful support team, had an issue that was clearly addressed in one of their videos but I missed it, they got back to me ASAP and issue solved. Videos are an added bonus and make it clear and easy! Thanks again, keep up the good work!
