These idiots thought it was ok turn off apps in my store without discussing with me when granted collaborator access to "Fix" their script that wasn't working. They turned off TRIPLE WHALE, shopify forms and my smart search bar. They thought their garbage app was more important triple whale or the search bar on my website or anything else. Blaming "third party apps" for their trash not working. Triple whale is like god and Sections is less then nothing. A crumb next to an ant hill. I can't believe they turned off my apps. This is completely unacceptable. Do not ever use this app. I REPEAT. DO NOT EVER USE THIS APP. They should lose collaborator privileges forever. Garbage. Trash.

Best app and I totally recommend! Daniel was superb with training me on how to use the section app and finding them on my theme! Hurra best addition for any Shopify webpage!

Edit: I am still waiting for my free Section Theme, which I never received after leaving a review." That drops it all off from being a 5 to a 1 asap! It's been five month's.. what a joke!

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was beyond frustrating. I purchased a section from this app expecting it to work out of the box—it didn’t. I followed every instruction provided, but the section simply didn’t function.

When I reached out to support, instead of helping, they brushed me off and told me to "just follow the instructions"—which I had already done. No real support, no troubleshooting, no willingness to take responsibility. Absolutely unacceptable.

This app doesn’t deserve even one star. Do not waste your money or time. There are far better apps out there with support that actually helps you when something goes wrong.
