Great sections and great support, fast replies. Had 1 problem with the header section and when support couldn't meet my needs, they refunded me for that section, so there is no risk in buying sections here
They were able to resolve an issue for the section I purchased.
Hi Eric,
Sorry this felt like silence.
We replied to your first message the next day (July 4th), but it looks like that email never reached your inbox, and making sure it lands is on us.
The moment you flagged it again, our team got store access, installed the countdown timer in your product template, fixed the mobile spacing (theme styling we normally don't cover, but happy to help), and you confirmed everything was working that same night.
We answer every message, usually within hours, so if anything else comes up just email support and we'll jump on it.
Love these sections, and when there are any issues, the support team help and get things optimized for your specific site. they are amazing! Highly Recommend
bien
bien chido
Great. Sections are not 100% customizable but are satisfactory for the most part. Happy with the performance - no noticeable bugs nor additional load time. Customer Support is top notch - Shoutout to my boy Alfred.
I've been using this app for years, and I have experienced some problems with some of the sections and their functionality. However! The customer service has never let me hanging and has been able to find solutions to all the problems I had. I just faced more than I would've hoped. I would still recommend this app highly, but I'd expect a couple bumps along the way. Nothing that hopefully their customer service can't fix! They are very kind. Thanks for all the help!
