About Section Feed ‑ Instagram Feed

Section Feed allows you to easily showcase your latest Instagram posts on your home page while matching your theme’s style perfectly (for compatible themes from the Shopify Theme Store). The Section Feed app is the perfect replacement for the Instagram feed section that used to be available in most Shopify Themes.

Browser compatibility

Section Feed works with many modern browsers. Please note that outdated browsers like Internet Explorer 11, and below, are not supported by Section Feed. In those browsers, the section will be automatically hidden.

I love this app but unfortunately, the images from Instagram do not compress and this is bad for the site speed.

Thank you for your review! Unfortunately, as of today the Instagram API only returns us a single image size, so we do not have any other choice than using this size (we cannot save the images on our end and reduce them as this is against Instagram Terms of service). We will of course update our app if Instagram offers this feature in the future!

Also, please note that our app is using lazy loading, which means that the images are not loaded until they become visible. The impact on site speed due to our app is therefore extremely minimal :).

PARFAIT ! La ou beaucoup d'apps proposent une intallation complexe et souvent payante, Maestrooo a developpé une app d'une facilité à mettre sur le site avec un design très épuré, MERCI ENCORE !
