Segments Analytics by Tresl

This is the most underrate analytics tool out there on Shopify. Segments provides amazing insights on cohort analysis - we're able to parse data tailored to our questions and needs.

This allows us to take cohort data and easily put actions behind it (campaigns, new audience targeting, CRO with other tools) with it.

Amazing support from John and Tony. As well as CLV and other great info, the thing we get the most value from is syncing the segments to Klaviyo, and then syncing those from Klaviyo to Facebook custom audiences. We then run retargeting on them. Very effective and worth the subscription price alone.

After looking and trying many different customer analytics/customer loyalty apps for both insights and syncing to Klaviyo, this one is the best we've found.
