I had tried for two days to get my reviews exported from another company without success. Matt was a blessing. He manually moved all of my reviews over for me so I wouldn't lose them. I very small business, trying to be seen every one of those reviews was important to me
This is a fairly straightforward way to integrate reviews on our Shopify store, especially because it integrates with Seguno eMail app, which makes it easy to request customer reviews through an email that looks and feels like all the other emails we send to our customers. We downloaded the app while it was still in beta, and setting things up required going back-and-forth a few times with Seguno Customer Support. The process wasn't quite intuitive, and that's why we give the app 4 stars instead of 5. It bears mentioning though that Seguno Customer Support is always very helpful and easy to work with.
Another thing needing improvement is that the app allows anyone to leave a review as it doesn't have controls that would prevent those who have not made a purchase on our Shopify store from leaving a review. That is why one has to be very careful with settings for automatic posting of reviews as the only solution to this currently is to disable the automatic posting. For small shops like ours it's not such a big deal to go through all new reviews and verify that purchase was actually made before we approve the review to be published, but we can see where that can be a big problem for stores with higher sales volumes.
We appreciate you using the app during the early release/beta period. When Shopify sunset their product reviews solution, it was important to us to support Seguno customers without losing incredibly import customer reviews. At that time, all of our import tools were configured for that migration, but we’ve now expanded to far more migration options.
We also agree that having honest, real product reviews is important to give prospective customers confidence when shopping with you, which is why we automatically link reviews to the customer’s Shopify orders to verify their purchase. Automatic publishing is one of the top concerns we hear about from brands, and we now support automatic publishing controls for minimum rating, verified purchase, confirmed review email address, and if there’s an image or video attached to the review. With our Shopify Flow integration, your customer support can be notified when a review is submitted so you can engage customers quickly for any negative reviews (or send them thank you gifts!)

This store review app is AAAmazing! I'm thrilled Team Seguno has created and delivered something very special especially for storefronts like mine that offer unique one of a kind items.
There was an issue, mine really because texhie-stuff can be mind-boggling for me. Cameron, Team Seguno, as always, helped street-up the parts and pieces so the store review bock was enabled with the theme in using.
He took things even farther noticing that I had added two pages of screenshots from happy clients and customers.
Now my the store review block is in 4 spots AND synced so that a review is visible wherever the review block is enabled!

The Reviews app from Seguno is what we've come to expect from the Seguno team — great design and functionality. The Seguno Product Reviews app is intuitive and easy to use. They've thoughtfully considered this app both from the end-user experience (customer-facing), as well as the from our perspective on the business side of things and what matters to us.
This is the first time we've used a Reviews app, and one of our criteria was that we wanted to preview reviews before they're published. This wasn't a problem — and we have the option to automate publishing when or if we feel ready for that. We're a small business, so we like to take small steps when we're trying out something new.
Reviews are a type of social marketing that will help our customers make smart purchasing decisions, and will provide us with valuable input about the products we're offering to our customers. Seguno has once again designed an app that's helping us grow our business.
Every interaction I give 10 stars! I have been using their apps for the last couple of years and they are top notch.
