Easy to use, and good, fast customer service & comms. My only complaint is not being to load in your own HTML designs.

I’ve been using Seguno for over a year now and it works great. The templates and automations are abundant and intuitive. I just wish they would add SMS marketing as an add-on option because I would definitely sign up.

Worth it so far. I decided to try Seguno because I knew that Kit was no longer going to be supported after March 31, 2020. I sent my first newsletter email about two hours ago, and received an order from one of my subscribers within hour. Happy so far and recommend trying it through the trial period at least!

We recently switched to Seguno. So far, I have been very pleased with it's performance. I love how integrated it is with Shopify. Super easy to use! Their support was responsive and helpful the one time I had an issue as well.

Seguno has been an amazing team to work with! Their automations and pop ups are easy to use and cover everything that our store needs. I've had the app installed for a little over a week and have used it to send a newsletter. I like how easy it is to customize the templates to maintain consistency with my brand. Automations such as remail, review request and abandoned cart messages are easy to set up. Seguno's Customer Service team is exceptional. They quickly answered all questions and also provided helpful suggestions. Add the app NOW!

I initially signed up for this app as it was more reasonably priced and offered really nicely designed email templates. However what has been even better is the customer support. Whenever I've had any questions they are answered a)quickly and b) by a human. In fact there was a report I wanted recently, and they were willing to run it for me, even though not part of what they currently offered. I have been very impressed by the level of service offered, a big 5 stars from me!

I tried my first Seguno email this week. It is easy to use and I was able to adjust it to fit my needs.
I use this app to help with automating my email marketing and its easy, simple and responsive to use which is always good for beginners like myself. I will continue using it and so far so good
