I have been using Seguno for 2 years now and have been very pleased with what they offer for a small business like mine. The offerings are great but the customer service makes Seguno beyond great. My team has reached out to Seguno for help several times and we are always treated with such care and expertise it keeps us coming back. Recently I reached out asking for help with their upcoming price changes on some of their plans. I was greeted with the same kindness and even offered a solution that continues to support my small business. As a small business owner I know how challenging it can be when other businesses do not have the courtesy to be kind or even offer solutions. Seguno has done a fantastic job at providing great customer service and great solutions that actually help my buisness thrive. If you are feeling like you want to move away from seguno because of their recent pricing shifts I’d ask you to consider reaching out to a rep and sharing your concerns and questions. I have used this app for 4 years and have been very happy. There are stylish templates or an option to create your own. Support is prompt and always helpful and they go the exta mile to find solutions- not that I need them very often..

I have been a loyal customer of Seguno since 2019 and I must say that their marketing service is exceptional. What's even more impressive is their customer support, which is top-notch. Their app is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, especially for beginners who are just starting out with email marketing. They offer a wide range of customization options, templates, and advice, which are all readily available on the dashboard. Since I started using Seguno for email marketing, I have noticed a significant increase in my sales. In the four years that I have been a customer, I have never experienced any issues with the app's functionality. However, I recently had a billing issue and I reached out to Seguno for assistance. They promptly worked with Shopify to resolve the issue. Overall, I highly recommend Seguno to anyone looking for a reliable and effective marketing service with incredible support.

I love Seguno! They recently increased their pricing and I emailed them to ask what my other options were. As a small business owner, the increase in price wasn’t so-able right now. As a new business, I have really appreciated Seguno's user friendly features. They have what I need to grow my business's email marketing at an early stage, their customer service has been very helpful and responsive, and their pricing model works well for me.

Not only is this app sooooo much better than the shopify native email application, but the customer service that comes with it is outstanding!! These guys will equip you with the very best technology to do the job, and if you don't feel fully confident using it, they'll take the time to set you up and show you how. I still don't love doing my email marketing, but thankfully, we are setting up automations, and using now lots of creative features to keep the emails feeling fresh and not too repetitive. Thanks so much seguno, I look forward to working together for years ahead!
